Women and Youth Empowerment Link Organization is a national non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political organization, and woman/youth-led organization. WoYELO originated from a group of young passionate changemakers and non-profit actors dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of women, youth, and persons with disabilities to realize their full potential as a step towards a more equitable and prosperous society.

Our aim is to shape a society where women, youth, and persons with disabilities are empowered to lead, innovate, and thrive in all aspects of life. We believe that investment in women and youth will not just lead to a more inclusive future but also recognize the challenges they encounter. We support their growth and foster an inclusive environment to help them fully realize their potential through access to equal opportunities, rights, skills development, health, environmental conservation, mentorship programs, meaningful engagement, and representation of women, youth, and persons with disabilities in all spheres of life.”

WoYELO is committed to addressing social, economic and civic engagement issues such as poverty, inequality, discrimination, violation of human Rights, leadership and participation, inclusion of person with disability, climate change, sexual reproductive health issues, education, protection, food security and livelihoods and finally providing protection to our environment.

Our accomplishment will be determined by the aforementioned commitment to addressing the root causes through common ground approach of behavioral change and access to skillful development opportunities through advocacy for the rights of vulnerable communities, linking them with opportunities through collaboration with partners, stakeholders and lobbying of funds from donors and well-wishers to impacts lives of women, disable and youth in communities where we work.

The mission of WoYELO is to empower women and youth by providing them with the resources, skills, and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can thrive, contribute to their communities, and lead fulfilling lives by advancing the social, economic, and civic rights of women and youth through advocacy, education, and sustainable development initiatives.
